Welcome to Feral Crumpet. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About us
This site is operated by Paxico Limited, a company registered in England & Wales under company number 16473526, trading as Feral Crumpet, 4B Horsefair Lane, Odell, Bedfordshire, MK43 7AU. Contact: andi@asbk.co.uk.

2. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, there's a pricing error, or we suspect fraud — and will refund any payment taken.

3. Pricing
Prices are in GBP and shown on the product pages. We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. Delivery costs are added at checkout. We try to keep pricing accurate; if we spot a genuine error, we'll contact you before dispatch with the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

4. Products
Our products are printed to order. We've done our best to show colours and designs accurately, but slight variations between your screen and the finished garment are normal and not a fault.

5. Returns
Your returns and cancellation rights are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Intellectual property
All designs, artwork, the Feral Crumpet name, and the logo are our property and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without permission. Buying a shirt does not transfer any rights in the design.

7. Acceptable use
Don't use the site unlawfully, attempt to disrupt it, or copy its content for commercial use without permission.

8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We're not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies.
