Our fulfilment partner, Printful, prints and dispatches your order on our behalf.

Printing and delivery

Please allow an estimated 2–5 business days for fulfilment before dispatch. UK delivery is estimated at a further 3–7 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; bank holidays and busy periods can add time. We will email you when your order is dispatched.

Delivery destinations and charges

We currently serve UK customers. The delivery options and shipping charge for your order are shown at checkout before you pay. Charges depend on the products and fulfilment profile, so please use the checkout total rather than assume a flat rate. We only accept delivery addresses supported at checkout.

Tracking and order help

Use the tracking details in your dispatch email to follow your parcel. If tracking stops updating, or you need help with delivery, email andi@paxico.co.uk with your order number.

Your delivery address

Please check your address carefully before placing your order. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help, although an address may no longer be changeable once an order is in production or on its way.
